ORDERING, PAYMENT & DELIVERY

Delivery...

Delivery is FREE on orders for 8 garments and over. Orders less than 8 garments are subject to a delivery charge of £4.95 inc. VAT.

We aim to deliver orders to UK mainland addresses within 14 days (excluding bank holidays) of you placing your order. We do our best to get your workwear to you as soon as possible and as a result some orders may arrive earlier.

Our preferred delivery company will attempt delivery of your order twice and will leave you a card each time to tell you that they have attempted delivery, or they will leave you a card to tell you that they have left it at a secure area of your property (if requested). After the second failed attempt your order will be returned to us and we will contact you to advise.

If sent by Royal Mail your postman will attempt one delivery and will leave you a card so that you can contact them and arrange a redelivery or to collect it from your local Royal Mail depot.

Workwear items supplied are subject to availability of stocks at the date of your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your workwear may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.

We will inform you as soon as we can if we are unable to deliver your order within 14 days of your order and you may agree an alternative delivery period or you may cancel the order. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.
